EASE Everyday, which includes virtual primary care, virtual urgent care, prescriptions, and discounts on vision, labs and, imaging.
EASE Essential, which adds a group fixed indemnity plan, unlimited in-person urgent care for just a $30 copay per visit, discounts on dental care, and cashback rewards on top of everything Ease Everyday has to offer.
EASE Complete, which adds a comprehensive group fixed indemnity plan that takes care of the vast majority of medical treatments and medications at no additional cost beyond the monthly membership. No deductibles or co-pays.
All benefits are designed to give you the flexibility to choose the coverage level that fits your needs and your budget, while ensuring access to care and predictable costs.
