EASE Everyday, which includes virtual primary care, virtual urgent care, prescriptions, labs and discounts on vision and dental.
EASE Essential, which adds a group fixed indemnity plan, on top of everything Ease Everyday has to offer.
EASE Complete, which adds a comprehensive group fixed indemnity plan that provides benefits for the vast majority of medical treatments and medications. No deductibles or co-pays.
All benefits are designed to give you the flexibility to choose the coverage level that fits your needs and your budget, while ensuring access to care and predictable costs.
