No, it’s not traditional health insurance, we think it's better. Ease Total Health is a collection of benefits—including a group fixed indemnity plan, virtual care, urgent care, and cashback rewards. It’s designed to give you fixed cash payments for certain covered events, access to care, and extra ways to save.

The indemnity plan pays fixed cash amounts for hospital stays as well as inpatient and outpatient surgeries, emergency room visits, and more. These are set payouts, not reimbursements based on your actual medical bills. There are no deductibles, copays, or coinsurance.

You can access virtual urgent care anytime through the Ease App. For in-person urgent care, select the phone number listed in the app to find a nearby participating provider. Virtual primary care is available through LaaSy Health, also linked directly in the Ease App.

Ease Total Health is available to any adult in the United States. Add your spouse and dependents to keep you and your family healthy.
Qualify and maintain eligibility by joining Alpha Data Partners LP and sharing your data via the Ease Total Health App.

Yes. Some covered events have a waiting period before benefits begin, including a 10-month waiting period for pregnancy-related claims. There are also waiting periods for pre-existing conditions. See the Benefit Guide for full details.

Unlike traditional health insurance, you don’t have to wait for open enrollment or a so-called qualifying event. You can join anytime–no enrollment restrictions.

There are no network provisions, allowing you to see any doctor/provider and go to any clinic/hospital you so choose. Many providers will require a small copay to access service.
