At Ease Total Health, your satisfaction and health are our priorities. Browse the following frequently asked questions to find the information you need about our services.

  • No, it’s not traditional health insurance, We think it's better. Ease Total Health offers two flexible benefits options:

Ease Everyday, which includes virtual primary care, virtual urgent care, prescriptions, labs, and imaging.

Ease Essential, which adds a group fixed indemnity plan, unlimited in-person urgent care for just a $30 copay per visit, and cashback rewards on top of everything Ease Everyday has to offer.

Both are designed to help you get care when you need it and pay less out of pocket.

  • Ease Everyday and Ease Essential pricing is based on the number of family members. See Pricing here.

  • With Ease Essential, the indemnity plan pays fixed cash amounts for hospital stays as well as inpatient and outpatient surgeries, emergency room visits, and more. These are set payouts, not reimbursements based on your actual medical bills. There are no deductibles, copays, or coinsurance.

  • A list of the free medications are here. Additional medications are available at a discounted rate. Call (800) 781-5116 today to learn if your medications are free or discounted.

  • You can access virtual primary and urgent care through LaaSy Health by going to the My Benefits tab in the Ease Total Health App.

  • Ease is available to any adult in the United States. Add your spouse and dependents to keep you and your family healthy.

  • Only the group fixed indemnity plan, available with Ease Essential, has waiting periods. All other benefits have none. Some covered events under the group fixed indemnity plan, like pregnancy-related claims, have a 10-month waiting period. Pre-existing conditions may also have waiting periods. See the Ease Essential Benefits Guide for full details.

  • Unlike traditional health insurance, you don’t have to wait for open enrollment or a so-called qualifying event. You can join anytime–no enrollment restrictions.

  • For virtual primary care, many doctors are available right from your phone through the Ease Total Health App.

With Ease Essential, in-person urgent care is available at thousands of centers across the U.S. You can easily find a nearby location through the Ease Total Health App. The group fixed indemnity plan has no network provisions, so you can visit any doctor, clinic, or hospital you choose. Some providers may charge a small copay to access services.

To submit your claim for reimbursement for the group fixed-indemnity plan, follow the steps below:

    1. Request an itemized receipt at the time of service.

    2. Submit your as soon as you possible in the app or at easeforeveryone.com/claims

There is no requirement to pay first. Most providers will allow you to establish a payment plan so you can manage this process in a way that allows you to collect your payment from your claim first before paying the provider.

  • With Ease Essential, the indemnity plan pays fixed cash amounts for specific types of care—like hospital stays, ambulance rides, and more. These are set payouts, not reimbursements based on your actual medical bills. There are no deductibles, copays, or coinsurance.

Example: You go to the doctor and the visit costs $100. If your plan pays a fixed $75 for that type of visit, you’d only be responsible for the remaining $25. Simple as that.
