HOW IT WORKS

EASE Complete makes it simple and flexible for both employers and employees.

1. Employees have options:

  • We recommend offering EASE Complete's indemnity design as an “Excepted Benefit” plan, and at the same time offering all employees participation in an Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement (ICHRA).  Based on their personal needs and budget, employees will choose the option that is best for them and their families. Those who choose the ICHRA will use employer contributions, typically supplemented by employee contributions, to purchase coverage on one of the ACA exchanges.

2. Major Cost Savings for Employers:

  • By offering an ICHRA, employers can fully satisfy their mandate requirements under ACA.  Employers are NOT required to provide any ICHRA funding for those employees who choose EASE Complete and decline the ICHRA.  Because most employees, after learning about all of the advantages and costs savings, will choose EASE Complete, employers should save at least 20% on their health coverage costs.  Rates will also be guaranteed for three years, should employers choose to renew.
